No, you cannot.
... and you cannot start Warcraft twice.

Actually you can start WC3 on the same computer twice with Garena.

You still can’t stream two games at the same time though.

actually, i am hosting bnet dota games with ghost++, so i don’t have to actually start warcraft graphic interface.
I think the .ini file sets Waaagh!TV only one port to listen to for wc3, e.g, in my case, port 6113. I think thats why it cannot do two streaming throught the same port.
