are you using a dsl modem? on what hosting platform are you trying to stream (battle.net, gg-client, ghost bots, lan)?

No, I have a leased line. battle.net use. I tried through GHost -> still ILDE; tried manually -> IDLE.

I am sure there are people who know what it was :D

Help me, please… Maybe just write a step by step… I did everything as in the manual. There are some tricks can be?

what i can tell you right away is that your network adapter is not properly detected. 169.254.68.181 is part of the linklocal block and propably assigned automatically by your OS in absence of any manual setting and dhcp replies.

I’ve got a laptop… Remove Vista and install Win XP will solve the problem? Maybe then the adapter is identified?

You could test with Wireshark (http://www.wireshark.org/download.html). Its a free packet sniffer also using Winpcap. It has a nice packet counter for every found network adaptor.
Search for an adapter, where you can find some bnet-packets (port 6112; after you logged into bnet).
Select the very same adaptor in the wtv recorder.

And keep in mind winpcap does not support capturing from a dialup-adaptor
